RIVERSIDE CAMPING SITES TEEPEES: Teepees are available from mid-May long weekend to mid-October. Each teepee has a comfortable double bed, rustic wash stand, lounge chairs, wood floor, outside picnic table, firepit and propane barbeque. At a minimum guests must bring a flashlight and matches and be prepared for camping overnight in a tent. We provide good quality camp cots for additional teepee occupants at $5/night per child (2 - 16 years old) and $10/night per adult. We prefer if teepee guests bring their own sleeping bags but can provide warm bedding at a cost of $15/bed (not per night) for single or double bedding for those who are unable to bring their own bedding ie. international travelers. Our 20' teepee can sleep up to five people and the 17.5' teepee can sleep three people. Teepees by their design are not completely sealed from the elements and some water will drip inside during heavy storms. We provide waterproof cover tarps for the beds. CAMP SITES: Unserviced camping sites for tenting or camper (RV) parking with picnic table, firepit and grille. There is a near-by outhouse (pit) toilet and separate shower house with flush toilet on-site. Split fire wood is available for purchase for outside fires at a nominal fee. |

| OUR POLICIES
Reservations & Cancellations A reservation confirmation number will be provided by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of reservation deposit payment. Confirmations can be mailed by regular post upon request. Reservations are accepted only with deposit payment on a first come, first serve basis.
Off-season from October through May (except during Christmas break) cabin reservation deposits are refundable less a $25 transaction fee when provided with two (2) weeks notice of cancellation. With short notice of less than fourteen (14) days during off-season guests will be billed for all nights reserved at $100/night, less any nights that we have been able to re-book.
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY: Summer months and off-season weekend nights are usually our busiest times and booking a one night stay may block a two or three night booking. As we do not have unlimited accommodations, during our busy times a request for a single night stay may not be granted. However, quite often we will have availability for a single night due to the way others have booked. Please inquire.
Full
payment for all nights reserved, less reservation deposit, is due upon check-in.
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. We request that guests provide an estimated time of arrival as this information helps us to plan our day.
Check-out
time by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay. We may be flexible with check-out time depending upon the arrival time of our next guests.
Our fully-serviced cabins are completely set up for light housekeeping and meal preparation. We do not provide daily maid service. It is the renters responsibility to wash dishes, tidy up and remove garbage daily. Fresh towels and linens are available on request.
